About

A community platform for teachers navigating AI in higher education.

Our mission

Why AiGORA.SE exists

AI has disrupted education for teachers and students by introducing new challenges and intensifying old ones. As teachers, we need to make decisions on topics related to AI every day: We need to decide how to address AI with our students, what AI use we want to permit or even encourage, how to teach our students skills they need both with and without AI, how to assess their learning, and many many more.

AI develops so quickly and teaching and learning depend so much on context that there is no “right” answer to most questions. But we also see the need to support teachers in teaching in a world of AI. At AiGORA.SE, we approach this by inviting your questions and asking our team of excellent teachers and academic developers from all across Sweden to offer different perspectives, based on evidence and experience, for us all to consider. Some perspectives might resonate with you more than others, but we aspire to bring together enough food for thought for us to learn from and with each other to navigate our way forward.

You are welcome to submit your questions here at AiGORA.SE, and we welcome applications to join our team or write guest posts, too!

AiGORA.SE is currently supported by AI Lund and Lund University’s EduLab.
